training course
Objective To allow
employers and employees to gain a full understanding of the purpose and
benefits of effective disciplinary, grievance and dismissal
procedures.
Who should attend? This
course is aimed at those staff that are responsible for maintaining
discipline as part of their job. It is designed for those who have had
little or no previous formal training in disciplinary, grievance and
dismissal procedures.

- Have practised the key skills of questioning, listening, recording

- Know how to prepare for, carry out and report on an Investigation
and Disciplinary Interview.
- Have developed the skills and confidence to carry out Investigations
and
- Disciplinary Interviews that will be procedurally correct, impartial
and result in equitable and fair treatment.
